Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! W,e cannot rate the cost because we did not get prices from anyone else. The only glitch in the convenience was that we had to make several calls into the office before we were able to get a visit scheduled; fortunately the weather was not too cold yet.

Greg did an awesome and thorough job of checking our heating and air conditioning systems. He provided personable and trustworthy service.

Repairs were complete in the time estimated. Mike was very polite and informative when I asked questions.

Greg was able to get my AC unit running again and gave me recommendations on a replacement when the time comes. I appreciate that VHP has always offered repair solutions first rather than pushing a full replacement right off the bat. Sean showed up on time, I explained my concerns, showed him the huge maple tree over the sewage line (G). He explained what he was doing, I was impressed by his work and the equipment. Watching the camera in the line as the root removal and line inspection went on was great! Did the sewer clean out and my worries were gone!

Greg was the ultimate problem solver. No matter what cropped up it was not an issue. He informed me what the plan was every step. When I asked about furnaces he gave me information I could understand. I’ve listened to your ads on WPHM and read the reviews on line and agree with them. I’m planning on having that furnace installed! (A call out to the ladies on the phone also. They couldn’t have been more helpful.)
