Five stars for a great annual inspection and walking us through what Brandon looked at while in our furnace room

Branson was courteous, polite, hard working and very knowledgeable!

Mike was great. In and out fast. Very polite and helpful

Brandon M. did an outstanding job explaining what he was doing and the status of my furnace. Explained price increase for one of the added on filtering products (UV lamps and electrical air filter). On time and put in enough of his time to do every thing correctly. First time I've met him, looking forward to future visits.

Appreciated the way he took time to answer questions.

Very professional and helpful from start to finish! They did a great job!

Very good. Answered all my concerns. As always am satisfied with the service I receive from the technician.

Timely, knowledgeable, and efficient,

Mike is great!!! He is an asset to your company.

On time , polite an efficient

Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! W,e cannot rate the cost because we did not get prices from anyone else. The only glitch in the convenience was that we had to make several calls into the office before we were able to get a visit scheduled; fortunately the weather was not too cold yet.

Greg did an awesome and thorough job of checking our heating and air conditioning systems. He provided personable and trustworthy service.

Repairs were complete in the time estimated. Mike was very polite and informative when I asked questions.

Greg did a great job. And I was very pleased with everything that was accomplished.

Greg was able to get my AC unit running again and gave me recommendations on a replacement when the time comes. I appreciate that VHP has always offered repair solutions first rather than pushing a full replacement right off the bat. I plan to replace my AC and furnace within the next year based on Greg’s inspection of my current equipment.
