We had developed leaks in our 40 yr old natural gas pipes. Andrew was our technician & he always listens & answers all questions. Andrew always goes above & beyond to ensure that the repair was handled in an excellent manor. We'd recommend VHP service to anyone.

Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! W,e cannot rate the cost because we did not get prices from anyone else. The only glitch in the convenience was that we had to make several calls into the office before we were able to get a visit scheduled; fortunately the weather was not too cold yet.

Greg did an awesome and thorough job of checking our heating and air conditioning systems. He provided personable and trustworthy service.

Repairs were complete in the time estimated. Mike was very polite and informative when I asked questions.

Greg was able to get my AC unit running again and gave me recommendations on a replacement when the time comes. I appreciate that VHP has always offered repair solutions first rather than pushing a full replacement right off the bat. I plan to replace my AC and furnace within the next year based on Greg’s inspection of my current equipment.

Sean showed up on time, I explained my concerns, showed him the huge maple tree over the sewage line (G). He explained what he was doing, I was impressed by his work and the equipment. Watching the camera in the line as the root removal and line inspection went on was great! Did the sewer clean out and my worries were gone!

Sean was pleasant and knowledgeable. He offered different options and explained each. The job was completed quickly and the area clean when he left. Another good experience with Vincent’s Plumbing and Heating!!

Greg was the ultimate problem solver. No matter what cropped up it was not an issue. He informed me what the plan was every step. When I asked about furnaces he gave me information I could understand. I’ve listened to your ads on WPHM and read the reviews on line and agree with them. I’m planning on having that furnace installed! (A call out to the ladies on the phone also. They couldn’t have been more helpful.)

I requested an appointment on line Monday evening. I received a call at 7:30 Tuesday morning and a technician arrived about 8:30. That’s great service!

I don’t know of any way the service provided me today could be improved! Rob and Troy were extremely professional, courteous and so completely thorough with the duct cleaning they did at my home. They also cleaned my dryer vent that I didn’t really think was that bad, however, they provided me with visual pictures and even showed me some of the areas they cleaned. Wow, what a difference! I’m amazed at the thoroughness they go to and how careful they were of my home. Thanks for a job extremely well done.
