We have used Vincent Heating and Plumbing since 1995! In April 2025 they installed our new furnace and a/c. Today Andrew and Frank were here today to clean our duct work including dryer vent! They showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, moved furniture to get at the vents, cleaned up after they completed the duct cleaning. Very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Vincent’s Heating and plumbing. We also have the maintenance program where they come out once a year for maintenance on the furnace/ac. I also want to give a shout out to Nancy in the office. You can tell she answers the phone with a smile. Anytime they have sent Andrew out she always gives us a call to let us know when he is on his way. That is very rare with company’s these days. Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day
