The technician was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was professional in her work ethic, explained things well and was quick and efficient in getting the job done. We felt the charges were high for the amount of work involved, but the tech has nothing to do with pricing. We are very satisfied with the work.

Absolutely professional and courteous, informativeappreciate A1 Guy!

Was very professional in every aspect, polite and well informed on operation of tankless water heater.

I appreciated the professional language, clear explanations and kind interactions between the two technicians and myself.

Brooklyn is an apprentice doing first class journeyman work . She replaced two toilets that were leaking in an excellent manner . Very Friendly and explained things very well .

We had a leak under our house and they were here right away, very nice and professional I would highly recommend them

I always trust Vincent’s service. I know Michael will be thorough and explain what he is doing. Thank you.

Excellent service

Nathan did a great job explaining the issues to me. I appreciate the timely manner of getting my air conditioner up and running

Always excellent service and knowledgeable, polite service people, who always clean up after themselves.

We have used Vincent Heating and Plumbing since 1995! In April 2025 they installed our new furnace and a/c. Today Andrew and Frank were here today to clean our duct work including dryer vent! They showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, moved furniture to get at the vents, cleaned up after they completed the duct cleaning. Very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Vincent’s Heating and plumbing. We also have the maintenance program where they come out once a year for maintenance on the furnace/ac. I also want to give a shout out to Nancy in the office. You can tell she answers the phone with a smile. Anytime they have sent Andrew out she always gives us a call to let us know when he is on his way. That is very rare with company’s these days. Give them a call for your furnace, a/c and plumbing needs! You wouldn’t regret it! Garry and Sheree’ H.
