Sean the plumber that did our work was very professional, explained everything he was doing and he had a wonderful personality, we will only use Vincent Plumbing for our home repairs!!!

I always look forward to my appointment with Andy. He is knowledgeable, kind and his enjoyment he has with his career choice and interactions with his customers is very obvious. I always learn something and trust any suggestions he has .given to about keeping my home safe.

I was extremely pleased with the service Nathan provided today on my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He smelled gas and investigated potential issues and reassured me that everything was ok. He went into our crawl space to check for a possible gas leak and while down there took pictures and informed me of a water leak I had in my crawl space. Because of Nathan taking the time to explain to me the benefits of having my water heater and air conditioner serviced I decided to go ahead and sign up to have Vincent’s service them also. Nathan answered my numerous questions with easy for me to understand answers Actually he far exceeded all my expectations and I am VERY pleased with the service he provided me with. He was just here to service my furnace - but took the initiative to identify and inform me of other potential problems.

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Sean is a breath of sunshine after dealing with today’s generation of young people. He definitely represented Vincent’s in a very professional and knowledgable way. For any future service I certainly would ask for Sean.

As always, Marvin was polite, professional and efficient. Arrived on time and completed the task we needed.

We had a plumbing issue that was not an emergency and Vincent's had someone out in just a couple of days. The two young men who came tried the least expensive options first and then went on to the more involved solutions. They kept us informed at every step - what they recommended and what the charges would be. It was not a quick and easy fix but they were able to solve the problem, and prevent the issue from recurring. They also were very careful of the workspace, cleaning up after the work was done.

As always with Vincent's and Marvin Schmitz, work performed was excelent quality, handled quickly and met my expectations. I'll be back.

Courteous, professional, personable, and patient as I asked a thousand questions about how things work and how often things need to be cleaned. Knowledgeable. Respectful of time and the house. Would hire again. Give Rob and Brandon each a raise.

Always helpful

When I woke up on Tuesday morning and discovered that I had no hot water, I immediately called VHP for help and asked if they could send Andy out to see what was wrong. I have a very sweet parrot who would not be happy about someone coming into the house without me at home. Luckily Andy has been coming out for for my scheduled twice yearly appointments for several years and has always been a really special and trusted person and who also has a great relationship with my bird. I have been a customer for a long time and feel very very pleased to have such a wonderful company with dedicated, knowledgeable and kind employees and is also true for every person that I talk to on the phone. VHP is a real family business and by the end of the afternoon I had a new hot water tank and my parrot was able to have her daily shower, what a great end to the day.

Austin clearly explained the problem we had with the furnace and was able to repair it the same day.

As always the crew was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. This was a difficult installation but the men were always cheerful and conscious of protecting the premises and they did a great cleanup job. Jason? and Tommy are hard workers and did a beautiful job with our new “split” heat pump and it’s doing a great job of keeping our large screen room warm.
