Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Technician was friendly polite and thorough. Just glad it wasn't the middle of winter because 5 1/2 days without heat. House got down to 50 at night but with heaters 60's during days. Cost was a lot but hope my furnace is "like new again."
