Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). Nancy called about an hour prior to appt window, stating Andrew was on his way. He did arrive promptly for furnace maintenance check up, asked if we had any issues or concerns prior to doing the scheduled work. Andrew was very amicable (as he was on previous service calls), respectful of my property (wore shoe covers), explained what he was going to do, showed me the furnace filter and humidifier filter and explained why they needed to be replaced, answered couple questions I had and adjusted the default programming in my thermostat to work more efficiently for our home. It was a pleasure, as usual, doing business with Vincent's Heating & Plumbing... every technician makes me feel like I'm a member of their own family and I know I can count on them to do a great job!

Mike serviced my furnace today. He did an EXCELLENT job. He then completely filled out a rebate that Semco offers for $50. explained what I needed to do, which was print some things and mail it to the address Mike showed me. He put new batteries in my thermostat, adjusted my humidity things located on the furnace, and throughly inspected my furnace. I'd trust all of Vincent technicians, but will ask to have Mike come if he is available.

Greg was very helpful and patient with the dad(Manuel), didn't push my dad into buying the new furnace or which one to get, gave him good advice on what one to get!

VHP did a great job of communication when they were coming to the house. Marvin was very nice and thorough. He even made me aware of a credit through the gas company for the service he performed on my house boiler. I would highly recommend VHP!
