Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). The problem was identified quickly and we were provided three options with three price points. We picked the middle choice and the repairs were made. Thank you Vincent H&P and Marvin & Brianna!

Vincent's Heating and Plumbing crew were excellent. The company really promotes customer satisfaction. The guys that installed our furnace and air conditioner were hard- working, polite and worked well as a team. They even cleaned up after themselves and did a great job for us.

We purchased the annual maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioner. It's a good value for the preventive work done.

Marvin from VHP responded to my request for service within an hour of the call that I placed on a Saturday morning with respect to a plumbing issue at my home. He analyzed the issue and corrected the problem that morning. I highly recommend VHP and Marvin was both extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Very thorough in explaining options available. Showed up on time. Cleaned up the area when finished. Everyone I've dealt with has been very professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

We had little heat on a very cold day, I called VHP and they had the heat on soon. Happy with with them. Michael S did a great job.

Brendan was very polite and attentive. He took the time to explain the current condition of our older furnace and explained our options at this time. He offered to help my husband carry in an awkward delivery package. That was very nice.
