I realized my furnace had stopped working at 1:30 PM. I called to request a repair visit. At 3:20 PM Marvin called me at my friend's home to tell me the furnace was fixed. He explained what had happened and what he he done. His details were very clear and I was able to understand them. He was terrific. The employees in the office were also great!!!

Our water heater was gushing water into our basement. Marvin immediately turned off the water, removed the old water heater and installed the new. Our 30 plus year old water heater finally died last Friday. Understandably the appointment was a couple days out, but the technician (Marvin Schmitz) arrived as scheduled. We had researched some options and he answered all our questions and concerns. What is truly wonderful is that he could easily have attempted to upsell us. Instead, Marvin helped us arrive at a decision that best fit our current and future needs. Not only that, but he had a shiny, new, more efficient replacement installed in less than 3 hours! Super service!
