I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.

Very quick dependable and friendly

It was helpful that VHP services homes the townships, not just the immediate Port Huron area. They scheduled my service within the week and at a time that was convenient for me. My kitchen plumbing issue was fixed that day.

Marvin did a great job of repairing our leaking tub faucet & installing a second valve to our main water supply. He was quick & efficient. Highly recommend Vincent’s

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly

Our service professional, Sean, arrived in the time set and very close to office phone call that he was on his way. Sean was polite and took care to wear shoe covers before entering. All work was explained and done without leaving any mess. We are very pleased with the care Sean took to complete the maintenance on our electric water heater. We would recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing they have replaced not only our water heater but furnace and AC always prompt and efficient.

From 1-10, 10 bringing the highest I give Austin a 10

Nate never hesitates to tackle any job. No matter how dirty or long. He is always looking out for our units to give them their maximum efficiency and lifetime. We really appreciate his attention to detail.

Very polite, courteous, explained everything they found and needed to do. Excellent service

It’s always a pleasure having Michael in my home, so friendly and knowledgeable.

sink repair

Michael was able to come out within a couple of hours of my call requesting service on my AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend him. He had the part needed to repair the unit and was up and running very quickly. I had questions after he had left and he gave me a call to answer them.

Michael performed AC maintenance and done an excellent job, he even explained to me all of the steps. I certainly hope he learns of this and how professional he is. Great Job! Thank you

Thank you so much. I look forward to having more work done by Vincent’s 🥰

The repair was done super quick and efficiently. Thank you

Carl is an awesome Plumber at Vincent's Htg & Plbg; I was completely satisfied with his explanations to my Well holding tank issue. He is a very confident young man who knows his work. Also a shout out to Brooklyn who was quick to get materials from the truck and was very pleasant; I understand she is in training - she will be an Awesome addition to your team!

Sean has a fantastic attitude while working; I understood he was there partially for training as he has not worked on Well holding tanks; yet he answered all my plumbing questions I had throughout my house. He is an asset to the Company!

Great service. I was able to have someone come out within a few hours. The technician recognized the problem quickly and gave me good advice on how to, hopefully, avoid the problem in the future.

Great experience

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he patiently answered the questions I had. This was my first experience with VHP and I’ll be sure to contact them again in the future.

Rickey was professional and informative. He was thorough with the diagnostic of my plumbing issues. He shared different scenarios and options with me and was able to take care of everything this afternoon. I'm glad I called Vincent’s for a second opinion as I saved thousands of dollars. I was also happy to hear that they do heating and air along with plumbing, and will definitely be referring them for any future needs.

Service was prompt. He explained all possibilities as to probable cause and solution. Very polite, quiet and respectful. He even made friends with my dog and cat! Very satisfied with the service I get from Vincent's.

Knowledgeable and skilled technicians, with the bonus of being very customer oriented. Nothing but a great experience!

Austin went above and beyond what he was technically required to do. He was great at being a teacher as well. He explained the issues that my pump was having. Also, he answered all my questions about how the sump pump works. He was able to make a brick out if a cinder block that I had. He sealed up my vent on the roof that was leaking down to my furnace. Again he was fantastic!!

I absolutely love using VHP for all my HVAC and water needs. The guys that come to the house know what they are doing and are incredibly nice. I almost want my appliances to have problems. Nice choice of options to choose from. My sister also enjoys working with VHP.

Dominic did a very good job. This was the first time at my house. The only negative was that he left the lights on in the basement.

Excellent Service!

Sean was great! He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing. Always very satisfied with their service.

Sean was so knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining all the problems.

Outstanding Service!

Rickie Adams did a superb job. He was friendly yet businesslike and completed the job in a timely manner. I would have them back here anytime if any other plumbing problem arise.

Super nice and right to getting the systems up and running.

Brandon was knowledgeable and respectful.

Andrew & the crew did a great job switching out my furnace & ac system. Cleanup inside and out, super. Andrew sealed off old ac entry spot completely.

Ricky was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and diligent. A plus to your always excellent staff.

Marvin gave us great customer service. He talked me through each step of what he was doing and offered additions. He checked my bidet and installed a specialized shower head. I love working with Marvin

Great service and friendly, efficient technicians.

I trust Michael completely. I enjoy seeing him when he comes to service my air conditioner. He is courteous and trustworthy.

Michael is an excellent tech, who know his work. We have been customers with Vincents for over 20 years. I would recommend them to use for your heating needs.

very personable and kind and patient with old lady's hearing problems as well as efficient.

This is the second time Brandon has been out to my home and along with Rickie they did an excellent job. I appreciate their knowledge, timeliness and professionalism! The price was a bit high in my opinion for what I had done but I understand it’s a business and they got it done.

Andrew diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed and corrected our air conditioning unit within two days. He was amazing

Sean was on time and very pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and then showed us what he did. This was our first time using Vincent's and it won't be our last. We called on Tuesday and were surprised someone could come out on Thursday; we expected to wait a week or more. GREAT JOB ! ! !

Sean is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very pleasant to work with .
